The Etsy Promo Publisher may be used only with an Etsy shop and TikTok account the user is authorized to control. The user must review the exact video, current destination account, privacy, interaction and commercial-content settings before every publication. Attempts to publish third-party listings, evade platform review controls or automate consent are prohibited.
Platform Rules
Etsy and TikTok retain authority over their accounts, APIs, content review, availability and enforcement. A successful local request does not guarantee that a provider will accept, process or retain a post. The publisher does not perform blind retries where provider acceptance is uncertain.
Intellectual Property
Brand names, product concepts, design assets, text, layouts and visual materials are owned by NumberNinjaDesigns or used with permission.
Trademark Usage
NumberNinjaDesigns brand identifiers may not be used in a way that implies endorsement, ownership or official partnership without permission.
